When processing standard or pre-cut sheets, the sheets are placed on a roller table at the inlet of the machine. The sheet is then inserted into the processing area and Cypcut system establishes the position of the sheet corners and edges, immediately starting the machining process.
⇒ Decoiler: When processing coils, the decoiler acts as a material storage system with capacities of 6, 8 or 10 tons. Divine 'DTE-3015AC' machines offer all the advantages of coil-fed production, including automated production, 100% optimization of material and extremely high-speed cutting.
⇒ Straightener: The straightener receives the material from the coil and eliminates the curvature caused by being wound on the reel. The straightener is built directly into the feeder in the standard LXN versions, offering an extremely compact footprint.
⇒ Roller table for insertion of pre-cut sheets: With this optional element, sheets of different materials and thickness can be machined up to 4 meters long. Larger roller tables can also be available for feeding single sheets up to 12 meters long.
⇒ Feeder: The feeder inserts the material either continuously or step-by-step into the machine to allow sequential machining of the material.
⇒ Divine laser cutter: The laser cutting machine with or without a protective cover. The steel coil plate finally arrives on the laser cutting table, which is suitable for max coil width 1300mm and sheet 1500mm. The laser head moves along the X and Y axis to cut the raw material as programmed.
